The University of California Santa Barbara is one of the most successful institutions of higher education in the world, noted for its significant and groundbreaking accomplishments in instruction, research, and public service. After an extensive consultation process, the campus community has determined that its mission can be better served by converting and upgrading the business systems that support this nearly $1 billion per year enterprise.

The decision to replace these systems is a unique opportunity to rethink and redesign the way the campus conducts business, the results of which will serve as a foundation to support the activities of future generations of scholars and students. These systems serve as a business backbone over 300 departments and are critical to UCSB's operational success. The PMO Director will report directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services (AVC), with input and advice from the PMO Steering Committee. The PMO Director will interact with the Chief Information Officer and divisional Control Points.
