This workshop will focus on the following objectives:

  • Introduce the fundamentals of Emotional Intelligence’s influence on overall behavior and daily performance.
  • Recognize and deal with the emotional responses of self and others.
  • Increase personal leadership through managing emotions under pressure.
  • Expose participants to a technique of how to recognize and deal with the emotional responses of others, especially when our emotional brain takes over
  • Formulate win-win relationships in every area of your life, especially with colleagues and family.

She worked for CBRE, Inc. a multi-million-dollar global real-estate company as a change leader. She is committed to coaching and training individuals to maintain and increase productivity, be happy, and create a life with new choices.
