4. How do you ensure you are aligned with your stakeholders at kick-off?

GUEST SPEAKER: Joel Viray

Joel Viray is the Director of IT Business Operations for Hygiena, a Camarillo-based company that delivers rapid microbial detection, monitoring, and identification solutions to a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, health care, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and personal. He is a Certified Scrum Master and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) specializing in collaboration and PMO tools for the last 15 years.

Working with companies both big and small, Joel has consulted on tools such as SharePoint, Project Online, and the Microsoft Power Platform while also providing high level mentoring on common tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Now a new resident of Ventura County, Joel is now based in Oxnard, CA with his wife and family and their two pugs.
