CAREER COACHING SESSIONS WITH COACH DAVE
FREE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING FOR PMI-4C MEMBERS:
Take the next step in your career with a focused conversation tailored to you. PMI-4C members are invited to book a free, 15-minute, one-on-one session with career coach Dave Mahler.
Whether you’re searching for a new role, preparing for a promotion, or deciding what comes next, Coach Dave will help you explore your options and identify at least one clear, actionable next step.
EVENT DETAILS:
- Dates: Tuesday, October 27, and Wednesday, October 28, 2026
- Hours: 6:30–8:30 p.m. each day
- Session length: 15 minutes
- Availability: Eight sessions per day—16 sessions total
- Cost: Free for PMI-4C members
- Location or format: Zoom
- Registration: A confirmation email will follow with the exact time of your 15 minute window for your session in the 6:30 to 8:30pm period.
- Space is limited: Once all 16 sessions are booked, additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list.

ABOUT COACH DAVE
Dave Mahler, known to his clients as Coach Dave, is an IT career and life coach based in San Diego. For the past six years, he has helped IT professionals identify their next role, get hired, earn promotions, and find a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
Dave brings more than 25 years of technology experience, including roles as Project Manager, Scrum Master, IT Manager, and IT Director. He has held the PMP certification since 2009 and the PMI-ACP certification since 2012, and has served as both a volunteer and a speaker with PMI San Diego.
Having been a job candidate, an employee pursuing a promotion, and a manager making hiring decisions, Dave understands career growth from multiple perspectives.
