If you’ve ever felt this way then this meeting is for you. This is not your average public speaking workshop. Randy Pazen will take you behind the scenes and share with you the secrets that professional speakers, trainers, magicians and comedians use to engage an audience and transfer learning. Come prepared to have fun and share your public speaking concerns and fears. As Project Managers, we are constantly briefing stakeholders at all levels. The concepts taught in this workshop will help you gain confidence presenting your information more professionally and with less stress. About Randy Pazen Randy Pazen is a storyteller with a mission to improve the way people view their work and workplace. Using a blend of engaging stories and examples with proven adult learning theories, his creative approach translates complex business concepts into engaging, job specific and engaging workshops. Randy is best known for his team building seminar, "I've Got Your 6", based on the story of a Navy SEAL who saved the day and taught his organization the true meaning of teamwork. A Southern California native, Randy is currently a member of the Talent Management Team for Northrop Grumman. Before joining Northrop Grumman Randy’s held workforce development positions with ProCore, E. W. Scripps; WellPoint Health Networks; and Kinko’s Corporate Offices. Holding nationally recognized certifications in coaching, learning and development, and interviewing, Randy is certified to administer and interpret many work-related psychometric assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Gallup’s Strengths Finder and Q12 Engagement Assessment, the Disc Behavioral Model, The Thomas Killman Conflict Mode Instrument.
