About Lynnette Ward Lynnette J. Ward is a Career Consultant who believes in the power to choose our work. She specializes in leadership, management and career development and has a unique ability to motivate and influence others to take action and adapt to change. Lynnette coaches individuals across all functions and industries to build lifelong strategies and execute successful career development plans.
