Processes Adopting & Improving BM About Mr. Imad Alsadeq Mr. Alsadeq started his career in the software development business. Progressively, he built deep project management (PM) experience, which enabled him to deliver projects/ programs results, coaching, consulting, and training services for private and government sectors in various fields, including IT, construction, and R&D. Imad has been leading different initiatives for establishing and operating Enterprise Project/Program Management Offices (PMO) and Vision Realization Offices (VRO) based on an agile and business driven mindset. As a certified P3M3, and OPM3, Imad conducted different PMO assessments to form workable improvement plans for many PMOs in telecom, mining, and government fields. He cofounded two consulting firms to help clients innovate, excel, change, and harvest transformation and performance impacts. This accumulative and real experience helped Imad tremendously to author and present a group of new PM concepts in technical papers and speeches in many countries (Australia, USA, Oman, Turkey, France, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Egypt), also Imad contributed to several PM standards development and translation, additionally he authored and co-authored management and PM Books.
